GM Akra Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and GM Akra ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or using any feature of the GM Akra platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the GM Akra platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the GM Akra platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GM Akra is strictly an adult platform and persons under 18 are not permitted to register or use any part of the service.
• You must be accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial arrangement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of GM Akra or its affiliated service providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an active GM Akra account. Each user is permitted one account only.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful and complete. Providing false eligibility information is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account termination.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one account on the GM Akra platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending review. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, contact details and any information provided for identity verification purposes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GM Akra login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. GM Akra staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your GM Akra account from shared or public devices unless you are certain the device is secure.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Do not allow others to use your account for any reason.

GM Akra will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to maintain reasonable account security practices.

Account Verification

GM Akra may at any time request that a user verify their identity, age or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and restriction on withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on the GM Akra platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). GM Akra supports the following deposit methods for users in Pakistan:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed through the JazzCash network
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed through the Easypaisa network
• Raast – instant bank transfer via Pakistan's Raast interoperable payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard bank-to-bank transfers in PKR
• Cards – debit and credit card deposits where supported

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the deposit section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. GM Akra does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges – please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.

GM Akra reserves the right to carry out additional checks on deposits that appear unusual or that are associated with suspected fraud. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the source account.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from GM Akra are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard procedure to reduce fraud risk and ensure funds return to their original source.

Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have completed any applicable verification before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or cards registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• GM Akra reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

Processing Times

GM Akra aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

GM Akra will not be held responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks or mobile wallet networks once funds have been released from the platform.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the GM Akra platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each bet before placing it.

General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the platform specifically offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature on that market.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled and not resumed within a timeframe specified by GM Akra's market rules, affected bets will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, GM Akra reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets already confirmed before a suspension remain valid.
• GM Akra reserves the right to limit bet amounts for individual users or markets at its discretion.

Cricket and PSL Markets

Given the importance of cricket to Pakistani users, GM Akra offers deep markets for PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral ODI series and major ICC tournaments. Specific market rules for cricket – including rules on weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis calculations and match abandonment – are detailed within the betting section of the platform. Users are strongly encouraged to review these rules before placing cricket bets.

07 Casino and Games

The GM Akra platform includes a live casino section, a slots library and fish games. All casino and game products are provided for entertainment purposes. Outcomes in slots and fish games are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in professional studio environments.

Game Availability

The availability of specific casino games and fish game tables may vary depending on time of day, server load and maintenance schedules. GM Akra does not guarantee that any specific game will be available at any given time.

Technical Issues During Play

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a casino game round, GM Akra's system records will be used to determine the outcome. Incomplete game rounds resulting from connection issues on the user's side will be resolved using the last recorded game state. Where a round cannot be completed and no outcome can be determined, the stake for that round will be returned to the user's balance.

GM Akra is not responsible for losses arising from poor internet connectivity, device performance issues or third-party game provider outages beyond GM Akra's direct control.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

GM Akra may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. Eligibility criteria will be specified for each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GM Akra platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using false, stolen or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Participating in match-fixing, sports manipulation or any collusive betting arrangement.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts, transferring funds between accounts or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing GM Akra staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Allowing a minor under the age of 18 to access your account or use the platform.

GM Akra employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate action. Users who believe they have been incorrectly flagged may contact support to request a review.

10 Responsible Gaming

GM Akra is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment for adult users. Gaming and betting carry financial risk, and it is important that all users approach the platform with a clear budget and healthy habits.

• Set a clear PKR budget before you start and treat it as a firm limit, not a starting point for additional deposits.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your session budget, stop and return another day.

11 Limitation of Liability

GM Akra provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime or technical interruptions at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GM Akra's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the relevant incident.

GM Akra shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party network interruptions.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Delays in payment processing caused by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks or card networks.
• Actions taken by GM Akra in good faith to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

GM Akra reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected duplicate account activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or collusive betting.
• A user's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, GM Akra reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, eligible funds will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

13 Changes to These Terms

GM Akra reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, GM Akra may notify registered users via the platform or by email.

Continued use of the GM Akra platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. GM Akra recommends checking this page whenever you return to the platform after an extended absence.
